A Heartfelt Prayer of Surrender to the Divine Author Whose Grace Never Runs Dry

Lord God Almighty,
My life lies open before You—an unfinished notebook of blank pages and battle-worn ones. Some are stained with tears I could not hold back. Others are torn at the edges by choices I regret. Many are still empty, trembling with the weight of the unknown.
And yet… here You are.
You, the Master Author, the Divine Scribe whose ink never runs dry.
The ink of mercy that flows from nail-pierced hands.
The ink of resurrection that turns death into destiny.
The ink of a love so relentless it refuses to abandon a single page.
I fall to my knees in holy awe.
You could have left the pages blank. You could have closed the book. But You chose to write. Again. And again. And again.
When I saw only emptiness, You saw a masterpiece waiting to be born. When I saw ruins, You saw raw material for glory. When I thought the story was over, You turned the page and began writing redemption with strokes so beautiful they make the angels weep.
Thank You, Father.
Thank You that Your grace is inexhaustible.
Thank You that Your creativity has no end.
Thank You that You never grow weary of making beauty rise from blankness and brokenness.
So today I do the only thing left to do—
I lay down my own pen.
I surrender every unwritten chapter, every fear of tomorrow, every scar from yesterday.
Write, Lord.
Write boldly. Write fiercely. Write tenderly.
Rewrite my regrets into redemption.
Inscribe purpose over my pain.
Fill every margin with Your presence and every blank space with Your promises.
Let the story of my life become a living letter that the world cannot ignore—a testimony that shouts:
“This one was written by grace.
Grace that never runs out.
Grace that turns blank pages into eternal glory.”
I am Yours.
The notebook is Yours.
The ink is Yours.
The ending is Yours.
Finish what You started, O Author and Perfecter of my faith.
In the mighty name of Jesus—
the Word made flesh,
the Ink poured out for me—
Amen.
